Ibrahim Muhammad, Third Mate Kirubel Muluneh and Chief Mate Stephen Brocker. The Cape Cortes is part of the recapitalization efforts of the Ready Reserve Force and is operated for the United States Maritime Administration by Crowley Liner Services.
