The following was excerpted from a bulletin released by the National Maritime Center.
In accordance with the Presidential Executive Order issued on December 18, 2025, the U.S. Coast Guard National Maritime Center (NMC) will be closed from Wednesday, December 24, 2025, through Friday, December 26, 2025. This closure is in observance of the designated national holidays.
The NMC, including our Customer Service Center and Regional Examination Centers, will resume normal operations on Monday, December 29, 2025. During the closure period, all in-person services will be unavailable; however, NMC online resources and website will remain accessible for general information.
