As we near the end of 2026, AMO is well positioned financially, and we have lived within our budgets. Looking at the anticipated expansion of AMO in 2027, the AMO National Executive Board met on October 30, 2026, and determined unanimously in favor of a modest increase in membership dues to meet forecasted union operating costs.
The increase is well below the average contractual wage gains for 2026.
The new rates were presented to members attending the regular monthly membership meeting held on November 4, 2026, at AMO Headquarters. They will take effect January 1, 2027.
