American Maritime Officers members working aboard Sealift LLC vessels the MV Maj. Bernard Fisher and MV Captain David I. Lyon, both stationed in South Korea in September, included Captain Andrew Scallin (Fisher), Third Assistant Engineer Brendan O’Rourke (Lyon), Second Mate Tom Kozarski (Fisher), Chief Mate Brian Purcell (Fisher), First A.E. William Peacock (Fisher), Third Mate Audania Taylor (Fisher), Chief Engineer Randy Grimes (Fisher), Second A.E. Michael Alexander (Fisher), Third Mate Vu Nguyen (Lyon), Captain Greg Sutton (Lyon), and Third A.E. Louise Digman (Fisher). With them is AMO West Coast Board Representative Alex Butler.
MV Maj. Bernard Fisher is a roll-on roll-off containership often used to transport military cargo around the world. It is currently providing support in Korea and is manned in all licensed positions by AMO.
