New Capability For AMO Members To Meet STCW '95 Requirements At Paul Hall Center

RTM STAR Center is pleased to announce an arrangement that will allow AMO members to take required STCW '95 courses at the Paul Hall Center for Maritime Training and Education at Piney Point, MD. This arrangement is an extension of the STAR Center non-resident training program (NRT). The following procedure will apply to AMO members wishing to attend training courses at SHLSS:

Identify the desired SHLSS class and its availability
Submit NRT application to STAR Center Student Services
Once eligibility is confirmed with AMO, the member will be notified of the approval to take the class or classes

Unlike the rest of STAR Center's NRT program, AMO members will not pay the Paul Hall Center for the class. The Paul Hall Center will bill STAR Center directly for the cost of the course.
