    Union leads in licensed reserve fleet jobs
    MARAD awards management contracts covering 28 of 54 ships to AMO employers
    The Ready Reserve Force vessel Cape Washington is one of 11 in the Maritime Adminstration's RRF fleet that will be operated by Crowley Liner Services and manned in all licensed positions by American Maritime Officers. Crowley is operating the largest block of RRF vessels under the current round of contracts. Pacific Gulf Marine, also an AMO-contracted company, will manage 10 vessels, the second largest block.
