AMO, new owner negotiating pact as union mans first of three cruise vessels

|
American Maritime Officers is negotiating a contract with Delaware North Companies Inc. for the three U.S.-flagged paddlewheel cruise vessels previously operated by Delta Queen Steamboat Co.: the American Queen, Mississippi Queen and Delta Queen (from the top). The vessels were acquired during a recent bankruptcy auction supervised by a U.S. court. Of the three, the Mississippi Queen has returned to service.
