    Union mourns loss of Valour crewmembers
    The sinking of the ocean-going tug Valour in the early hours of Jan. 18 claimed the lives of two members of American Maritime Officers--Chief Engineer Richard Smoot, 50, and Chief Mate Fred Brenner, 53--and one member of the Seafarers International Union--AB/Tankerman Ron Emory.
