National Glory to enter U.S. domestic short sea shipping service in 2008


	The National Glory is operated by Crowley Ship Management and manned in all licensed positions by AMO.

The 489-foot cellular containership National Glory is scheduled enter service in the U.S. domestic short sea shipping trades in 2008.

The 575 TEU vessel is owned by National Shipping of America and operated by Crowley Ship Management. American Maritime Officers represents all licensed officers working aboard the National Glory. The ship is expected to operate in the Arabian Gulf for the next several months after undergoing upgrades in China, before returning to the U.S. to enter domestic short sea service.
