    Court rules for AMSEA in LMSR charter case
    AMO jobs remain secure on nine ships operated for Military Sealift Command
    The USNS Mendonca is one of nine large medium-speed roll-on/roll-off vessels operated for Military Sealift Command by American Overseas Marine Corp. under American Maritime Officers contract.

    A federal judge Oct. 13 granted American Overseas Marine Corp. (AMSEA) summary judgment and dismissed a lawsuit that challenged the company's successful bid to manage and operate nine large medium-speed roll-on/roll-off ships under Military Sealift Command charter.
