November 2005 On-Line Edition Senate approves full funding for MSP The MV Ocean Titan is operated by Pacific Gulf Marine and manned in all licensed positions by American Maritime Officers in the Maritime Security Program.      The Senate Oct. 20 approved a comprehensive appropriations measure that assures full funding of the renewed and expanded Maritime Security Program in fiscal 2006.      Money for the MSP was rolled into legislation to fund the Departments of Transportation, Treasury and Housing and Urban Development, the federal judiciary and the District of Columbia.
