    New AMO jobs on U.S.-flagged car carrier
    Pacific Gulf Marine named operator of fifth vessel for American Roll-On Roll-Off Carrier
    The car carrier Takamine will be registered in the U.S. this month and will be named the Freedom. Pacific Gulf Marine will operate the Freedom for American Roll-On Roll-Off Carrier. The ship will be manned in all licensed positions by American Maritime Officers.
          Pacific Gulf Marine will operate a fifth car carrier for American Roll-On Roll-Off Carrier (ARC), bringing new employment opportunities to the American Maritime Officers membership and a new ship to the U.S.-flag fleet.
