    SeaAmerica Reaches New Milestone
    Cruise Line Complying With PVSA Files Title XI Application

          The SeaAmerica Cruise Line project advanced again Sept. 26 when the company filed its application for ship construction loan guarantees from the Maritime Administration.
         SeaAmerica Cruise Line, of Hollywood, Fla., will build at least two large ocean-going luxury cruise ships in the U.S. for U.S.-flag service in domestic markets along the East, Gulf and West Coasts, with start-up planned in 2004. AMO will man the SeaAmerica ships in all licensed positions.
